Business Development Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business
Partners, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams and work with their unique business model of staffing.
Maxonic processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals.
? Responsible for servicing entrusted clients.
? Onboarding new clients
? Define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to
? Build long-term relationships with direct clients and helping them fill their technology resource
needs and contributing to their growth.
? Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the
metrics in the direction of the business goals
? Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the
issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting
? Well versed with IT/Technology
? Responsible for constant interaction with clients & VMS.
? Understand the skills, strengths and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open
? Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters
? Well aware of the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing -Maintain relations with the existing
? Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
? Must be independent and a self-starter.
? Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality.
? 2+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain.
? Approach New Client Acquisition: Direct Clients, VMS (Full time & Contract Placements) and
generate business from them.
? Ability to think strategically.
? Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking)
? Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
? Adherence to Ethical business conduct
? Bachelors Degree Required.
? Must be currently authorized to work in the US
? Position location: Remote
? Time zone: PST, MT or Central preferred.
