Length: 6 months temporary - permanent

Location: Chicago, IL - All office based

Days: Monday-Friday Daytime Hours

Details: Maxim is hiring qualified professionals with experience in Managed Care and Provider Network/Data Entry for a Provider Data Operations Specialist position with one of the largest MCOs in IL! The Provider Data Operations Specialist facilitates all provider data inload files for the health plan, performing various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions. The role ensures provider data and provider directory is complete and accurate through monitoring, reconciling and evaluating provider data to ensure data integrity across the plans' systems. Through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and improving existing processes, the Provider Data Operations Specialist maintains existing provider/hospital/ancillary demographic information ensuring provider data is maintained according to contractual requirements.

Those considered for the Provider Data Operations Specialist position must at least 3 years of experience in provider data management, credentialing or healthcare operations (i.e., claims, processing, billing, provider relations, or contracting) within a Managed Care Organization. Candidates must have an associates degree in a related field with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a strong ability to navigate complex health plan enterprise systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
