FULL TIME SALARY POSITION

Job Title: 4-40 Insurance License and Customer Service/Retention

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced/or willing to study and take test Licensed 440 Insurance Customer Service/ Retention specialist that is looking to join a winning team and accomplish great things. The Customer Service/ Retention specialist will be responsible for renewing existing personal lines policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 440 License or willing to study and take test


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retention of existing personal lines policies
  • All aspects of maintaining existing personal lines policies including but not limited to any changes, adjustments in coverage, etc.
  • Be sure that all customers are educated regarding any questions they might have about their policies
  • Review all existing policies prior to their x-date to be sure there are no major changes in the customer’s needs and that they are receiving the best value for their needs
  • Re-quote the policy with other carriers prior to the x-date if necessary
  • Rewrite non renewals and cancellations
  • Handle underwriting requests on established policies
  • Cross sell current customers
  • Quote and write overflow of new business
  • Apply payments
  • Assist with overflow on incoming calls
