We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Receptionist to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to help drive company success.
- Perform Administrative support functions in a team environment.
- Moving information and files in and out of Client CRM systems.
- Min of 30 hr
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
- Interact with existing Clients and Insurance Companies via Email, Phone and Company CRM.
- Perform any other office tasks as requested.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with a High volume of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be a Team player with a Positive "CAN DO" Attitude
- Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Previous experience in Construction, Insurance, Sales & Marketing
- Experience or knowledge working with a diverse client base
- Experience playing high level sports
