Computer-Software Technician

CANDIDATES WITH THE ABOVE PERSONALITY TRAITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO INSTALL, TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIR ISSUES RELATED TO:

• Server, desktop and laptop computer systems
• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• MS Office (all versions)
• Off the shelf and proprietary applications
• Connectivity in a Windows Server environment
• Basic TCP/IP network connectivity and routing
• Peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)

DESIRABLE ABILITIES:

• Microsoft Server experience
• Microsoft Windows 7-10 operational experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn configuration management tools
