We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Front Office to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors and direct both to the appropriate employee
- Provide general administrative support
- Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
- Order supplies, perform data entry and provide management or team with any administrative support needed
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Ability to learn new and complex applications.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge and experience in the Oil and gas industry is a definite plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self-motivated individual
