Call center position, LVN experience. Growing Behavioral HealthCare Corporate Office. Will screen the behavioral health of Medicare members of a HMO health plan. Questions are from a script, but would need to understand discussion. Will work in a call center atmosphere assessing the clinical status of patients referred by our Healthcare contracts. You will assist in the detection of at-risk patients for behavioral health related conditions. If the screening indicates the possible presence of a behavioral health condition, the Screener will be responsible for scheduling an in-home assessment by a licensed clinical practitioner. Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred). Behavioral health, social work or gerontology experience is a plus. Heavy data entry skills important.
