As a Matthew Smith Insurance Services Farmers Insurance insurance sales representative you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products. We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission.

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Prior Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (Preferred)
