Mobile Team Lead - Full time Traveler

Come aboard our Mobile Medical Clinics, where we provide comprehensive wellness exams to patients within the community. We bring the clinic directly to the local area of the patients who are needing care. Patients can come on our units to receive their preventative wellness examinations, while enjoying the amenities of a clean waiting room, and private exam rooms - all without having to make the trip to their PCP office, or having a provider enter their own home.

We are looking for a Full Time Mobile Team Lead to assist our Unit Manager in overseeing the operational functions of the clinic on a day to day basis, and to transport the unit to and from event sites. You will be supervising the clinic while fostering a spirit of teamwork amongst your employees. Each Mobile Clinic consists of Nurse Practitioners, Cardiovascular Sonographers, and Medical Technicians. Management responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, equipment inventory, quality assurance, scheduling mechanical repairs, and handling customer relations. This is an opportunity for you to assist in managing a clinic that truly makes a difference in the healthcare community.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Must be able to travel away from home for up to a week at a time.
  • National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification and/or applicable state license.
  • An active CPR certification.
  • 1 year of clinical work experience.
  • 1 year of management experience with direct staff oversight.
  • CDL B preferred (is required after hire).
