This role will focus on the Project Management function in support of our High Radius and Workday implementation project for North America.

The High Radius solution will support the Credit, Collections, Deductions and Cash Application functions for North America. The solution will integrate with Salesforce and Workday.

The Workday solution will support the Billing, Contracts and AR functions for North America. The solution will integrate with Salesforce, PeopleSoft and High Radius.

The role involves designing, planning, mobilizing, directing and monitoring all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion and effective transition to production. Typical responsibilities will include the creation and adherence to plans/schedules, management of task execution, issues, risks, and status reporting.

The role will work with the business, technical staff and vendors.

The role will partner with other project managers and vendors to maintain and execute against an implementation methodology that will use a set of tools and templates to support the project. Examples would include Project Plans, Issues/Risk logs, Change Control Processes, Status Reports, etc.


  1. Help drive the work in collaboration with various stakeholders. Proactively connecting the dots and raising questions to obtain clear direction and decision.
  2. Define, implement and maintain project governance artifacts (e.g. plans, communications, budgets, metrics, status, decision making framework, etc.)
  3. Partner closely with stakeholders, vendors and various workstreams to inform program level documents (e.g. project plans, budgets, status, etc.).
  4. Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with all members of the team
  5. Establish project communications strategy and deliver results through highly effective communications.
  6. Administer the process for gathering status across the various workstreams to support monitoring and project level status.
  7. Communicate status of project within and across departments to all levels, including senior executive. Ensure project status is accurate, comprehensive, and proactively addresses issues and risks
  8. Continuously manage issues and risks proactively, preventing escalated situations.
  9. Address project changes as they arise, and often proactively, through altering project processes.
  10. Effective organization of meetings to ensure flow of information, progress, proactive mitigation of risks and issues
  11. Use influence and expertise to promote an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team in the interest of driving the product forward


  • 5+ years of experience in leading large, complex projects to deliver system and business change to organizations
  • Experience managing ERP related programs/projects is required (PeopleSoft, Workday, Prism, Domo, Oracle, SAP Business Objects, NetSuite, Salesforce etc.)
    • Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce preferred
  • PM experience in relevant functional areas is preferred (e.g. Billing, Projects, AR/Cash, Credit/Collections)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong and proven leader; self-starter with track record of successful large scale deployments
  • Working knowledge of various System Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g. agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated skills in use of software such as MS Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, etc.
  • BA /BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent
