Office Coordinator – Specialty Contracting Company

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Office Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.  The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure, including answering phones and working closely with customers.


·         Answering phone calls and organizing job leads

·         Inputting Accounts Payable into the accounting software system

·         Starting Accounts Receivable process by opening new jobs

·         Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner

·         Scheduling service calls and installations with customers and technicians

·         Ordering supplies and stock needed for the warehouse and office

·         Maintaining a trusting relationship with suppliers, customers, and colleagues


·         Self-starter with high work ethics

·         Working knowledge of office equipment

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency is MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
