Works closely with other key teams/team members to staff a variety of interpretation projects. Ensures total client satisfaction and project completion schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Carries out Interpretation Duties on a rotating basis:
• Organizing and coordinating variety of interpretation projects • Analysis and staffing of interpretation requests for a variety of clients • Assisting in negotiation with interpreters and other contractors to ensure project completion within budget • Exercising excellence in customer service • Creating and updating work orders with up to the minute information about each assignment while ensuring there are no mistakes (e.g. double bookings, incorrect work orders, duplicate work orders, incorrect language, incorrect project codes, etc.) • Working closely with other team members to ensure each assignment is properly fulfilled • Ensuring assigned independent contractors meet MWS and client requirements • Answering queries from interpreters and/or directing them to the relevant individuals when needed • Communicating with Talent Acquisition / Talent Management regarding any unfilled staffing requirements and/or any issues with existing vendors • Maintaining and nurturing client relationships: o Responding to client queries and escalating potential problems with completion of project tasks to supervising staff in a timely manner o Informing and initiating documentation of all reported problems or potential problems (tardiness, no shows, etc.) • Maintaining and nurturing vendor relationships: o Answering vendors inquiries via telephone and email o Ensuring clear and correct instructions for each assignment are provided o Escalating potential problems with vendor related issues to supervising staff in a timely manner • Carrying out on-call duties on a scheduled rotating basis • Assisting with special projects as needed • Assisting in unforeseen job demands • Promoting teamwork and displaying positive attitude and work ethic while promoting self in a professional, positive manner • Answers OPI calls and reroutes them to an interpreter.
