A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
As a Client Care Representative / CSR, you are positive, caring, and dedicated to client care and customer service. You promptly answer calls and act as the "voice" of our company as you create the first impression others have of us. With your interpersonal skills, you listen to our client's needs, set expectations, find solutions, and schedule appointments. You handle any questions, concerns, or issues that arise in a professional and timely manner. Keeping clients well informed, you make sure they have been notified ahead of time if our technicians are not going to arrive at their home on time and reschedule to their needs.
You assist with dispatching all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency. Making sure that club membership clients are taken care of, you ensure they receive priority scheduling for demand services and perform complimentary reminder calls for their maintenance appointments. You also help make sure technicians are debriefed on each call and that they collect payments. As needed, you also perform various administrative duties around the office. You feel good about using your customer service skills to keep our clients happy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
- Ability to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work rotating after hours, rotating weekends, and occasional holidays
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new computer software programs
- Ability to talk on the phone for 8 - 10 hours a day
