Job Description The Market Insights Analyst is responsible for cleansing and analyzing market data from both internal and external data sources and providing recommended insights and actions to key business leaders in the organization.  The Market Insights analyst will also be responsible for determining both market share and market size and recommending business actions based on findings.  The Market Insights Analyst will also be responsible for measuring and tracking the performance of TMLC digital campaigns and making recommendations for improvements. Duties and Responsibilities Collect and analyze both internal and external data on consumer and end-user demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential factors affecting product demand and make recommendations for new product development. Partner with product, sales, finance, and other internal teams and/or external vendors to develop TMLC’s industry segmentation, market sizing, and market share reporting processes. Synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) and other research data into actionable insights that help product and sales teams evaluate product opportunities and go-to-market strategies. Manage the tracking and reporting of key metrics and insights to the organization, including economic trends, brand share & awareness, net promoter score, marketing ROI, etc. Work with marketing to establish KPIs and then provide reporting, dashboards, insights and recommendations based on these KPIs to help improve the company’s websites and marketing campaigns Track economic indicators and develop predictive models to help uncover future opportunities in strategic sales channels. Create and maintain new data sources and associated decision support tools that are integrated with other TMLC information systems, utilizing visualization and advanced analytics software tools (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake) Analyze connected product data and make recommendations for product and system enhancements. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies., and communications programs and strategies.
