We are currently seeking a Lab-IT Support Administrator for our client in the IT Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Role: Lab-IT Support Administrator
Primary Skills: Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Role Description: The Lab-IT Support Administrator must have at least 2+ years of experience. In this position, you will develop, improve, and maintain lab infrastructure (i.e., multi-user servers, prototyping systems, lab equipment, and lab asset tracking) to support the engineers' daily lab activities.
You will also be working with IT/Networking/Security teams to ensure the lab environment setup is compliant with security/IT guidelines.
• Python Programming Language
• Ansible on Microsoft Azure
• Linux/UNIX Desktop Management
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Install/update OS image on multi-user-login lab servers (Linux/Windows boxes).
• Install/update lab equipment SW (e.g., analyzers, scopes, etc.).
• Work with IT/Networking teams to resolve server access failures or server malfunctions.
• Manage root privilege permissions to lab servers (HAPS/bench machine).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
