Office Manager - Bookkeeper

We are a CPA Firm located in West Los Angeles, CA and we are currently seeking ​an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team.


  • Answering phones, directing calls to relevant person and taking messages as needed
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting clients in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Professional communication with clients, government agencies, etc. (via telephone and/or email)
  • Bookkeeping duties are included but not limited to: Data entry in QuickBooks, bank & credit card reconciliation, A/P, etc.
  • Maintain office space filing system and office supply inventory.


  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Must have decent knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Professional manner and strong ethical code

This position is available for immediate hire; the hours will be full time, 40 hrs/week, with compensation at $13.25/hr - 16/hr (Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience)
