We are a CPA Firm located in West Los Angeles, CA and we are currently seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team.
- Answering phones, directing calls to relevant person and taking messages as needed
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients in a friendly and helpful manner
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Professional communication with clients, government agencies, etc. (via telephone and/or email)
- Bookkeeping duties are included but not limited to: Data entry in QuickBooks, bank & credit card reconciliation, A/P, etc.
- Maintain office space filing system and office supply inventory.
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Must have decent knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Professional manner and strong ethical code
This position is available for immediate hire; the hours will be full time, 40 hrs/week, with compensation at $13.25/hr - 16/hr (Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience)
