We serve the Business to Business Sales Market and/or Individuals and Families. (Not hard sales or door to door, but relationship need based sales). 5 Billion benefits delivered to customers in 2016.
Average earnings for Top 500 producers is $549,512 a year. Average earnings for Top 25 producers $2,190,956 a year (Earnings based on your first year and renewals).

For our Sales Manager position; 3-5 years’ experience required in sales and management.
Must be professional (our work environment is business professional)

Must be coachable, driven, energetic and motivated.
BA, BS degree, or equivalent work experience helpful.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to present to clients, enjoy networking and prospecting.
Life and Health Insurance License required, but can be obtained through the on-boarding process in as little as 10 days. We will reimburse for your entire course and licensing.
