Support customers through the entire sales process, learning customer service and selling methodology as you answer incoming calls. Recieve customer service requests across multiple brands using the latest inbound and outbound contact center technology. As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to think on your feet, interacting with hundreds of customers each week, learning about each brands system and customer base.

Our Shared Call Center Professionals are responsible for the following tasks:
+ Support multiple brands, handle requests, provide solutions
+ Grow existing client relationships with professionalism
+ Thoroughly learn each clients products and services
+ Utilize multiple systems to complete account management
+ Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
+ Resolve issues empathetically within the first interaction

Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.

Other Call Center Professional Qualifications Include:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
+ Ability to learn customer service software applications
+ Must be proficient with basic PC skills
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
+ Highly reliable
+ Minimum 18 years of age
Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
