Masis Staffing Services in Currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives to help solve issues for our customers.
Busy Distribution center in need of 20 people to represent their company-Good verbal Skills and computer knowledge needed
4 weeks paid training provided
Day time hours 8:00am to 4:30 pm--MUST BE AVAIL WEEKENDS- 2 Days off during the week-Rotation-
Schedule handed out Monthly.
Temp to Hire
In this position, you will answer phone calls and emails from our customers, work to find solutions,
and offer additional options as necessary (requesting replacements products, refunds etc.)
You may also answer questions from potential customers regarding products sold on our website or catalogs.
The main qualifications for the role are strong communication and professional-solving skills.
A background in customer service is consider an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls for customers wanting to buy products seen in our catalogs or online.
Checking on order status, requesting replacements, handling damages, refunds,
assisting with billing inquiries by utilizing different channels including email and chat.
Engaging customers, making them feed valued and appreciated.
Responding to emails from customers and potential customers.
Log all calls, issues, and solutions
. Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications: Computer skills Be able to navigate through websites and multiple screens
Be able to sell and upsell Ability to learn computer programs
Be punctual and have good attendance
Excellent communication skills and speak in professional manner Fluent (reading, writing, and speaking) in English with clear enunciation / pronunciation Able to actively listen, analyze information properly and make logical decisions The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
