Our client, an employee-owned corporation and leader in providing cryogenic equipment to scientists throughout the world, is currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the order processing and purchasing department.
Responsibilities include preparing and following up on manufacturing schedules/shop orders, various production reports, processing purchase orders and assisting in other projects as needed.
The individual must have a solid work ethic, good attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years of administrative/business experience. Proficient knowledge of ERP systems, MS Outlook, Word and Excel a must.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Macola and Cystal reports a plus.
