Project Manager
- $20 to $25 Hourly

Position Summary
Directly responsible for achieving project success by managing client relations, positive financial and administrative results while carefully following the company policies and procedures as well as our contractual obligations.
Essential Functions
Generate the primary schedule and weekly updates. Prepare pay applications and all project close-out documents. Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings.
Monitor the performance of the roofing team to deliver on schedule.
Assist with the delivery of any material that may be needed to complete the project.
Manage safety and quality effort for the project, utilizing safety and QC (Quality Control) resources appropriately.
Project financial reports, including updated cost projections. Process of P & L assigned to each project.
Develop and maintain client relationships with the goal of repeat profitable business.
Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, financial objectives, and procedures for accomplishing work, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources during various phases of the project.
Establish work plan, budget and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and secure appropriate change orders for project cost and time.
Physical Functions
Candidates will be able to stand and walk on residential and commercial roofs, lift roofing supplies, and use mobile technologies (iPhone, drone, etc.)
Take photos and videos of inspections
This is a full-time, salaried position
Be able to climb onto and stand on roofs for extended periods of time
Inspect and review roofs during each phase of project
Do pre-installation checks and reviews
Review in-process work and take photographs for record keeping
Check post-installation quality and notify team of any issues
Communicate with insurance representatives clearly and kindly
Answer homeowner’s or business owner’s roofing questions concisely and respectfully
Maintain knowledge of roofing and general construction best practices
Marginal Functions
Reliable and expected to arrive on time and as scheduled to work.
Attend mandatory trainings and read material given
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Good team player, adhere to company policies and procedures of the company.
Use of laptops, mobile printers, between others
Education/Knowledge/Skill Requirements
High School degree;
Familiar with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel), Google search and Gmail
Good time management skills, organization
At least 3 years roofing or construction experience, permitting – preferred, but not necessary
Desire to grow within the company. If you have experience as a sales manager or supervisor it will help you to grow within the company.
