Job Description
Marys Little Lambs Family is a large family childcare home. Program provides in home care for infants to 5 years of age. We need a Child Care Assistant to assist and provide support to care provider in managing and directing age appropriate activities for children each and everyday. You must be flexible and willing to assist in the development and supervision of children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Implement creative activities to assist with child development
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
