Position Summary


Support the sales staff by performing administrative services and handling customer service matters and logistics.



  • Oversee cash management by reviewing and balancing daily cash sales and deposits.
  • Manage oilfield invoicing and assist with highway letting
  • Other duties include assisting with monthly forecasting, create jobs, quotes, and sales orders, credits and rebill, retrieve lien data, and resolve unapplied payments
  • Assist sales group, back up for other Sales Coordinator and Sales Auditor, and perform all other duties as required
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
