Administrative Assistant – Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties, LLC, Manistee Plant PART-TIME
Responsible for administrative support to various plant departments, which includes communications, spreadsheet development, data entry, filing, and other routine office functions.
Minimum 3-5 years administrative support experience. Associates degree preferred, not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management, strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service. Team player who embraces learning and accepts multi-tasking. Experience with ERP system, accounts payable, and human resources are a plus.
