Martek Global Services, Inc. ("Martek") has been awarded several long-term Federal contracts to provide a wide range of Administrative talent. We are currently looking for a Program Analyst with the required specialized training and experiences out lined below and who also has the ability to manage a rigorous workload for our busy clients.

On-Site Job Location: 381 Elden St. Herndon, VA 20170
Salary Range: $55-$65K

Job Description:

The Program Analyst will need to be on site 4 days a week to help with filing, pulling files, researching records requests, updating OPUS and spreadsheets to support CAD and UPS.

  • OPUS is the Records Management Data Repository, think similar to a CRM system but for records (contracts and agreements) instead of clients.
  • UPS & CAD are the names of categories in an AQD Records Initiative to update contract and agreement records and to close old contracts. UPS are the ones that need to be updated and CAD are the ones that need to be closed.

Educational Requirements
  • At a minimum, a High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of four years of experience is required performing routine administrative and clerical duties

Additional Duties
  • Perform receptionist duties, which include visitor access and control, answering and routing telephone calls, directory services, sending and receiving faxes, maintaining appointment calendars for organizational leadership, preparing non-technical correspondence, typing, printing and copying documents, supporting forms management, filing, and data entry into automated systems or spreadsheets.
  • Collect, track, maintain, and update data and prepare ad hoc and recurring reports as required. Develop informational materials and assemble information to be used for reports or responses to inquiries. Prepare briefing charts, type and process technical and status reports, and provide assistance for special projects or reports.
  • Coordinate shipments of items to and from the duty station. Send, receive, and distribute mail and package deliveries throughout the duty station as well as to and from offices in the local area within a 50 mile radius.
  • Assist the training coordinator with performing training coordinator functions including but not limited to the preparation of training reports and data input for training request forms.
  • Prepare and process travel and training documents to include the related scheduling of travel and/or training and tracking those actions. Distribute general travel guidance internally as necessary.
  • Provide assistance processing timesheets, initiating new user account set up, and responding to timekeeping inquiries. Distribute general timekeeping guidance internally as necessary.
