We are seeking a Veterinary Customer Care Representative to become a part of our team! We are looking for a person who is friendly, outgoing, and understanding of the trust that clients place in choosing a veterinarian.
- Demonstrate warmth, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
- Exercise compassion and care in all interactions with patients.
- Answer phones set appointments and confirm online appointments
- Collect payment from departing clients
- Create and maintain patient/client records
- Communicate pertinent information to clients as well as other team members
- Self Starter with previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with Clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
