Job Description

Hello! We are seeking a digital marketing specialist (B2C) involves the promotion of our credit union's services through a variety of digital channels, using the internet and mobile technology. In the role of digital marketer in our technology team, you'll be involved in developing social media content that represent the company to it's existing and new customers in a professional light. Our company offers great benefits as well as the ability to work on a hybrid schedule from home and in the office. Given the professional nature of the banking industry, we are looking to hire a junior to mid level individual who is eager to grow and strong writing skills.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Hybrid Remote and Onsite Work Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities
• develop social media content for consumer market
• contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
• assist with web and marketing visuals
• create and upload copy and images for the organization's website and presentations
• support our Linkedin and other social media efforts
• respond to social media user comments about our company
• support visual work in the technology team, e.g. UX/UI, design work
• create, manage and dispatch email marketing campaigns (newsletters)
• communicate with B2B clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
• support media campaigns and exhibitions / events
• research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile,
social media, development of blogs and forums
• provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to
demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
• conduct keyword research and regular web statistics reporting
• use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make
recommendations for improvement
• use website technology tools for user behavior tracking
• use software technology for user behavior tracking in our operational and customer tools
• contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
• keep up to date with current digital trends
• manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital, campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SemRush)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
