We are seeking an over-the-phone Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues via inbound phone calls. No cold calling is necessary. Contract: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
- Handle customer questions about product questions
- Generate sales invoices while up-selling additional products as necessary
- Reference basic product schematics to troubleshoot customer questions about product
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Mandatory experience using Quickbooks Enterprise
- Some experience in up-selling with customer calls
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
