Our growing firm is now hiring individuals at our RALEIGH location with experience in retail, sales and customer service for a Campaign Management Trainee. This position is full time and with full training provided towards an Executive position in the Marketing & Business Management industry.

Our expertise lies in Increasing Market Share and Raising Brand Awareness for our clients through our tailor-made business to consumer campaigns. We've just acquired a new client who is looking to massively increase the exposure of their brand in the remainder of 2019, therefore we have multiple trainee openings within customer service & sales, looking to train the candidate hired into a Campaign Management position.

As a Trainee for A Campaign Manager you will be cross-trained in all aspects of:

* Brand Protection

* Customer Service

* Marketing Strategies

* Rapport Building

* Sales

* Team Management

* Team Development

* Leadership

* Business Development

Job Requirements

* Be able to learn at a fast pace

* Be able to work well in a team and independently

* Good work ethic & student mentality

* Have excellent customer service skills

No previous marketing or business experience, but retail experience is preferred. We will provide full product and sales training through client workshops and one on one coaching/mentoring sessions. The roles involve face to face interaction with customers in order to explain the products and services of our clients, therefore they are ideally suited to confident and outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people.
