Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with any customer issues
Handling customer acquisition and retention using industry-specific sales strategies
Completing sales in a client-facing role
Providing product knowledge to new and existing customers
Maintaining sales targets with a high degree of compliance
Representatives will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building relationships with clients' consumers. This is accomplished by handling questions and concerns with speed, professionalism, and compliance.
High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
0-3 years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
