Job Description

This role is crucial to our company's success as you will be the first point of contact and the face of our clients' brands; interacting with new and existing customers to gain feedback and garner industry trends.

The right personality is very important for this role, so you will need to be comfortable talking to clients from a range of different businesses and management levels.

Strong communication skills are vital, both in person, over the telephone, and via electronic communication.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with any customer issues

  • Handling customer acquisition and retention using industry-specific sales strategies

  • Completing sales in a client-facing role

  • Providing product knowledge to new and existing customers

  • Maintaining sales targets with a high degree of compliance

Representatives will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building relationships with clients' consumers. This is accomplished by handling questions and concerns with speed, professionalism, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)

  • 0-3 years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience

  • Student mindset

Salary: $34,000 - $50,000
