The Customer Service and Sales Department is seeking interns to conduct market research and develop sales tactics to help our clients maintain their leadership in their industries. Our internships are unlike most other companies. You won’t be picking up our coffee and dry cleaning. We provide our interns with the same opportunities and same hands on training that is provided to our full-time employees, with the goals of potentially offering our interns full-time permanent positions upon graduation.
Individuals with a hospitality or retail background have in the past shown proven success in our internship program, therefore, is definite plus if you can provide these skill sets on your resume!
Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites
Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community
Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
Stay up to date on clients product offerings and new sales tactics
Attend daily meetings - attendance is required
Majoring in Marketing, Management, Communications or Business
GPA Requirement: 3.0 is preferred
Good academic standing with university or college
Have completed their sophomore or junior year
Possess effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Likes to work independently, part of a team or demonstrates leadership potential
Strong work ethic and desire to learn
