Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Assisting in daily office management
  • Daily client interaction and record-keeping
  • Marketing assistant: planning and scheduling educational workshops
  • Phone system operations and management
  • Assisting in processing new client paperwork and the onboarding process
  • Working with administrative staff for scheduling and acquiring client information
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities daily in pursuit of business objectives
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Advisors and Office Manager


Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and team members


Education and/or Experience

  • Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred, but not required
  • Previous Administrative experience preferred, but not required
