Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in daily office management
- Daily client interaction and record-keeping
- Marketing assistant: planning and scheduling educational workshops
- Phone system operations and management
- Assisting in processing new client paperwork and the onboarding process
- Working with administrative staff for scheduling and acquiring client information
- Manage multiple and competing priorities daily in pursuit of business objectives
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Advisors and Office Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and team members
Education and/or Experience
- Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred, but not required
- Previous Administrative experience preferred, but not required
