Title:

Associate Director, Commercial Global Patient Centric Services

Job Purpose:

The Associate Director, Commercial Global Patient Centric Services will be responsible for the Development and operationalization of the Commercial Kits & Ancillary Supply Service Business Plan in order to drive Marken as a market leader in commercialization of health care services. This includes defining the operational strategy and regulatory requirements in the region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the business plan for commercial services (including HHC, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Engagement, Kits & Ancillaries)
  • Work cross functionally across Marken and UPS, maintaining a network of colleagues across both organizations to successfully deliver the services
  • Manage the program and individual projects providing timelines
  • Drive the process development for the new commercial services as defined in the business plan
  • Ensure GPCS related SOPs are created and updated as required and the roll out of implementation and training plans are developed
  • Assist in setting up systematic GPCS training using ZenQMS to shorten training timelines and efficiently track training records
  • Develop and manage a GPCS database enabling distinct project and data analysis plus trend reporting
  • Oversee the development of supplier invoicing processes for commercial GPCS and streamline processes
  • Develop GPCS training plan which includes all internal staff (incl. BD, & Customer services, Service delivery teams) and Home Health Care Provider (HHCP) training (as required)
  • Liaise internally between Legal, Commercial, PM and Operations departments to make sure GPCS requirements are understood and followed on all levels to ensure compliance
  • Help to further enhance and improve Marken GPCS in order to maintain Marken’s USP in this area
  • Develop and maintain project management issue escalation program in order to effectively support the project management team with client management, internal management and risk and issue resolution in conjunction with PM leadership
  • Proactively and consistently keep Sr. Leadership and appropriate stakeholders informed of any project related or departmental related operational deficiencies, risks or issues with proposed mitigation plans
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in relevant field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Specialty Medicines Services
  • Strong US Pharmaceutical Market knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Specialty Medicines Supply market
  • Strong Understanding of patient services in commercial specialty and regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organized, methodical and efficient approach to work
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in English
