The Role

The Senior Account Executive has a pioneering spirit and a knack for being creative and innovative, coupled with the ability to lead the customer conversations which help them rethink the way they do business. You are able to sell and manage a complex sale at multiple levels within an organization.

Your communication and problem solving skills are superior along with your ability to be self- driven. You possess a willingness to eagerly pursue new opportunities and markets through innovation and disruption. To succeed in this role, you possess a strong drive with an application of advanced technical/business skills competency. You have a proven track record of identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities contributing individually and as a team member. Start- up experience is a big plus!

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 + years of direct, enterprise software sales experience
  • Previous experience selling into the Federal Government DoD marketplace (U.S. Air

    Force in particular)

  • Experience and credibility selling at the CXO and senior management levels

  • Affinity for a solution sales approach with disruptive technology, experience with

    database, search, and analytics a plus

  • "Hunter" who can work with a team, throughout the sales cycle: Business development,

    partners, technical sales, and professional consulting

  • Target driven with a passion and commitment to exceed sales goals and a proven track

    record of having done so

  • Ability to forecast, develop business plans and execute sales strategies to ensure growth

    and quota objectives are achieved

  • High intellect and technical acumen with a capacity to multi task

  • Excellent hunting, qualifying and closing skills

  • Database selling experience preferable
