The Work You'll Do:
You will manage the day-to-day community operations. This includes managing the team members, resident experience, facility and maintenance services, daily activities, and resources of the community. Succeeding at these tasks allows you to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel; coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance as it relates to regulations in terms of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, landlord tenant laws and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
The Skills You'll Bring:
- 3+ years people management experience
- 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily, luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability
- BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Resman is especially desirable
