The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing real estate agent candidates through various channels, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, extending offers, and participating in career events. The TA Specialist will handle at least three regions for agent hiring from application to offer, and onboard at least 8 -10 real estate agents per month. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and delivering high-quality candidates while advising hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a collaborative partner and will drive talent sourcing strategies for critical attrition and expansion roles while continuing to build quality talent pipelines. This role requires in-office presence from Monday to Wednesday but offers the flexibility to work fully in-office if desired.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for all real estate agent hiring and corporate positions with little supervision including the development of sourcing and advertising strategy and managing candidate prescreen, interview, offer negotiation, and onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to provide exceptional customer service and clear and constant communication regarding expectations, timelines, and statuses on open positions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Leverage systems, data, and insights to ensure all our talent acquisition strategies are achieved by being cost-effective and executed at pace. Ensure all our strategies are closely tied to KPIs, robustly measured, and reported on utilizing scorecards or dashboards
  • Manage and lead diversity recruitment outreach.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to provide exceptional customer service and clear and constant communication regarding expectations, timelines, and statuses on open positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers, internal leaders, and Directors to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies. Research, suggest, and participate in local and nationwide recruiting events and maintain a network of external contacts to assist in filling open positions with top talent.
  • Maintain all candidate tracking within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system according to the current best practices and prepare weekly status reports on open jobs for management review.
  • Manage and process internal applications and employee referrals for assigned positions in accordance with policy and program guidelines.
  • Take initiative to stay informed of talent trends and share with our team
  • Initiate and participate in projects that further Talent Acquisition capabilities

We're looking for a team member who has:
  • Recruiting knowledge/experience
  • Must be a team player, work well under pressure and be a forward thinker.
  • Excellent documentation and oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Proactive style and continuous improvement mindset for talent acquisition ways of working.
  • Search firm and corporate recruiting experience
  • Behavioral interviewing experience
  • High volume recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Spark Hire experience is a plus

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • +1 year recruiting experience
  • Strong advisory and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using a variety of recruitment systems and online search/sourcing tools, ideally including ATS and CRM systems
  • Time management or organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment activities and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities
