Customer Service Rep. (State Farm Agency) - Spanish speaking
- $19 to $25 Hourly
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Relations Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
- Handle customer inquiries, maintain customer accounts, seek social media reviews and ratings
- Take payments, set-up payment accounts, send payment reminders
- Prepare deposits
- Obtain supporting documents required by underwriters
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Previous experience in customer service, contact/call center, and/or sales is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Spanish speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
