Product Manager







We use the science of rewarding behaviors to help our customers connect and engage with the people who matter most to their business. As a member of the Product Management and Design team, you will be responsible for market and cost/benefit analysis, articulating, defining, designing, and leading the development of our portfolio of technology products. You will collaborate with other members of Product Management and with UX team members in research and testing, writing documentation, maintaining product resources, and training sales and product users.



You are an organized design thinker, obsessed with bringing value to customers through digital product design. You are resolved in identifying key user behaviors through team collaboration. You prioritize testing and have an understanding of tools and methodologies to support experimentation. You are curious, articulate, empathetic and you like to solve problems by discovering opportunities for market fit, differentiation, and by understanding user behaviors.







A background in or understanding of incentives, recognition, loyalty, performance improvement or factors influencing habits or behavior will stand out.







Reports to Sr. Director of Product ManagementPrimary Responsibilities 70% PRODUCT RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT: Researches and analyzes competitors and users. Creates cost/benefit analysis, writes business cases when necessary, and articulates value propositions. Helps create and update product strategy based on user behavior, results of VOC, market intelligence, marketing, sales & operations feedback, product performance; strengths and vulnerabilities; client satisfaction and renewals. Leads and participates in ideation sessions based on research, behavioral science, and strategy. Assesses current client feature adoption rates and migration needs. Works within the Scaled Agile Framework to help manage product development. Assists other Product Managers and engineering team members in the execution of test cases and User Acceptance Testing.







15% DOCUMENTATION: Prepares written documentation of product feature and functionality and methods and procedures specific to a product implementation. Creates user guides, writes requirements, including Agile stories, workflows, use cases, and release notes.



10% TRAINING AND COMMUNICATIONS: Acts as a resource to answer questions and respond to feedback from internal and external stakeholders and users. Develops and leads training. Communicates to stakeholders, internal and external stakeholders to expand product expertise and knowledge. Provides content to Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to keep product/solution top of mind. 5% SALES ENABLEMENT: Writes scripts, conducts demos, and presents to clients.



Qualifications





+ Experience in the process of software development (SaaS preferred)



+ Ability to work with technology and represent the business needs ensuring they are translated & represented in the product build



+ Understanding and interest in behavioral science, psychology, and/or human behavior and decision-making.



+ Proven ability to work in teams and manage multiple projects at a time.



+ Demonstrated analytical experience -- ability to compile and assimilate data



+ Strong written and presentation skills



+ 5 or more years related business experience in incentive industry, product management, business development, marketing, or product/software design.



+ Bachelor's degree in related field required
