Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with construction industry knowledge to assist in our Customer Service department. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is a full-time position with possible overtime. Flexibility in your schedule may be necessary, attendance is high priority, training available.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service / warranty appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Keep accurate service request logs and documentation of all work performed
- Answering telephones in a timely and professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional Email (High Capacity)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-Lingual Spanish / English helpful but not required
- Knowledge of Construction Industry HUGE PLUS!
