Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. May be assigned responsibility for one or more projects at a time. Maximizes project profitability and promotes Marble's objectives and goals. Achieves quality and safety standards and meets owner expectations.
- Sales/Relationship management experience, knowledge of residential construction
- Be the “Face and Voice of Marble Builders” to our clients/customers
- Become the person they rely on to solve their problems or assist them in solving issues.
- Personally, coordinate and supervise small to mid-size residential project(s).
- Manage scheduling of both internal Marble employees and external subcontracted trade partner employees.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Problem solve to address delays, emergencies, and other issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety laws as well as legal requirements.
- Always be the example of what Marble expects in these areas, i.e., PPE, professions appearance, timeliness, etc.
