Contracts / Acquisitions Management Specialist (Jr, Mid and Senior level openings)

Marathon TS is looking to hire Contracts / Acquisitions Management Specialists to support a newly awarded contract at the Washington Navy yard. We have Junior, Mid level and Senior level openings. All candidates should have the following experience:

b. Maintaining and analyzing planning, scheduling, and management data.
c. Studying, analyzing, and providing recommendations on requirements, acquisition strategies, program documentation, program phase transition plans, supplemental information, and program execution.
d. Providing honest broker assessments of programs approaching milestone decisions and of prime contractor technical and operational issues.
e. Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
f. Making recommendations on the allocation of funding, establishment of program goals, objectives, and schedules, and the formulation of program direction.
g. Tracking compliance with stated program direction and identifying issues.
h. Identifying and researching programmatic issues and tradeoffs in terms of required capabilities, costs, and schedules.
i. Reviewing and providing recommendations on existing and proposed Navy acquisition and capability area policies and implementation.
j. Reviewing and evaluating the impact of national, DoD, JCS, and civil government policies and activities that affect Navy acquisition programs and capability areas.

We support the US Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems Program Support Services (PEO EIS PSS).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Junior - Bachelors and 1 year DoD exp supproting ACAT PROGRAMS

Mid - Bachelors and 3 years DoD ex supproting ACAT PROGRAMS

Senior - Bachelors and 8 years DoD ex supproting ACAT PROGRAMS AND either PMP or DAWAI III Cert

Active Interim Secret (or higher) required
