Maintenance Mechanic

Marathon Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and reliable candidate for our client in Rancho Cordova.

This position requires our employees to work under the supervision of the plant manager and provide exceptional maintenance of everyday warehouse equipment, machineries, repairs, and regular attendance. Training will be provided for any employee(s) who are considered.

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair warehouse equipment, machineries, and facilities as needed.
• Troubleshoot any malfunctions, repairs, and or issues in a timely manner.
• Be able to operate forklift, welder, and other required tools/equipment in warehouse.
• Maintain regular attendance and have a flexible schedule to work over time as needed and when needed.
• Attend safety meetings and follow all governmental compliances.

Qualifications:

• Have graduated with a high school diploma.
• Have knowledge of electrical background/experience.
• Have 3 years of welding, machine (relays, motors, starters), electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and blue prints or equivalent experience.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate.
• Requires ability to work as a team and under direct supervision.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license.
