A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INDUSTRIAL SALES ASSOCIATE

As an Industrial Sales Associate, you are an essential driver of our company's growth. You target industries in need of our services and make contacts in new areas in order to sell our electric motor, gearbox, pump, and drive unit rebuild services. Using your polished communication skills, you prepare and present proposals and price quotes to representatives in the industries we serve, making a case for our services and tailoring your quotes to the specific needs of each prospective client.

You understand that building strong professional relationships is just as important as closing deals, so you always treat customers with respect and strive to provide consistently excellent client service. Your satisfaction comes from building our client base and expanding your sales career!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL SALES ASSOCIATE

  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Ability to learn quickly while on the job

Territory management experience in the Birmingham metro area would be a plus. A college degree and industrial or manufacturing sales experience are preferred. Are you goal-oriented and driven to succeed? Do you work well in a high-pressure environment? Can you communicate confidently and effectively to a variety of audiences?
