The position is responsible for sales account management and prospecting for new clients. This person will work as part of a sales team making 80 – 100 calls a day. The Birmingham Outside Sales Account Manager will be given existing customers as well as leads in the database and expected to contact companies, build relationships, and maintain notes in the database while bringing in new revenue to the company. Occasional customer visits and presentations may be required. Great growth and earning potential!

· Maintain between 80-100 phone calls daily
· Customer Service: Handle all updates or information requests by customers
· Customer Retention: Contact existing customers regularly in order to build and maintain customer relationship
· Customer Acquisition: Visit Sales leads and create business monthly by acquiring new customers
· Negotiate / Close: Approvals of existing quotes and negotiation of final pricing
· Record all customer contact information in the notes section of the database
· Request/complete New Customer Set-Up Forms for first-time customers and give to the Accounting Department for setup
· Request/complete Failure Information Forms at the point of a warranty return and submits to the Service Department
· Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
· Outside Sales / Prospecting / cold calling
· Salesforce or CRM
· Microsoft Word and Excel
· Google Drive
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a home office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break.
The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative will make a base salary of $50,000 per year plus 2% commission on net profit. Outside Account Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week.
Beginning at the $20,000 Goal Level, Sales Rep will be paid 2% commission on their commissionable amount (Unit Price or repair less MRO Costs) on the first paycheck of the next month.
Minimum overnight travel. However, weekly on-site meetings and customer pick-ups will be required.
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of three years of sales experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
· Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
