Position Summary: The Account Manager will develop strategic sales initiatives by leveraging brand portfolio to deliver sales and profit growth. They will be accountable for the long-term business success for accounts and will create winning action plans and promotional programs. Will be working with both internal and external category teams to build strong relationships with buyers.
Develops sales strategy & business plans for the customer with the Director of Sales.
Administration in Retail Link
Owns the end-to-end execution, partnering with internal and external partners/stakeholders, to deliver annual sales targets.
·Delivers results while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Foster an environment that generates breakthrough ideas and lead a collaborative and open organization that lives the values of Multy Home
Builds customer relationships at the buyer and senior buyer levels and facilitates connectivity in other functional areas including Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations
Maximizes the availability of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent with our brand strategy with an emphasis on superior new product execution
Executes consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers that enable Multy Home to achieve best in class results.
Collaborates with the product and marketing team to identify opportunities to growth the business.
Provides sales analysis of performance and provide recommendations.
Builds and nurtures strong professional relationships with all key stakeholders
Supports and/or leads continuous improvement initiatives.
Conducts all work duties as per the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations, the health, safety & environmental policies and Quality policies as established by Multy Home.
Performs any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management or his/her designates.
Defines, maintains and reports relative key performance indicators.
Maintains 5S standards for the group and ensure audits are completed on time and corrective actions implemented.
Maintains positive employee relations; ensure the open-door policy is observed and a collaborate approach is adopted.
Works with his/her respective group to ensure overall company training needs are achieved.
· 5+ years in sales account management, with CPG industry and major account experience an asset.
· Experience using Retail Link (A Must)
· Experience working with Retail Clients
· Experience with data analytics and ability to dissect large amounts of data.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications.
· Great attention to detail and organizational skills, managing multiple tasks.
