We are seeking a Product Specialist with strong Customer Service skills to join our team! "In Bound Calling Only". High closure rates (40%) Our unique marketing system brings the buyers to us. Looking for outgoing, computer saving individuals willing and able to learn. Background in Compressed Air Systems, Winches, Fire Fighting Equipment, Supply House Sales, etc., or strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries for industrial equipment.
- Talk to customer to determine their needs and help them find the right product for their needs.
- Generate quotes to present to customers
- Follow up on inquiries
- Reach agreed upon monthly sales targets to generate commissions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent people and phone skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and determine their needs
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Navigate Websites and Internet browsers.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Pass a typing test (minimum 25 wpm)
- Understanding of basic math and percentages
