Stockroom Coordinator 
Manpower is currently seeking a Stockroom Coordinator for Change Parts, Inc., in the Operations Department. Starting pay is $14-$17 an hour. Manpower currently offers several types of Virtual Interviews including connecting via phone, Zoom, Facebook Chat, and Video. We also offer in person office visits.

What is the job?
SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution of all the stockroom responsibilities. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Issue and record the issue of “ALL” material leaving the stockroom in a timely and accurate manner
  • Issue stock parts to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • Perform accurate cycle counts / maintain a cycle count accuracy at 95% or greater
  • Conducts cycle counting of inventory items
  • Assemble stock items when needed
  • Perform raw/material cut-off in support of operations
    • cut off raw material
    • keep cut off schedule up to date
    •  disburse raw material/cutoff to the appropriate departments
  • To provide appropriate operations support:
    • Troubleshoot inventory accuracy problems
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions
    • Ensure cycle count accuracy at >95%
  • Clean rusted stock items
  • Backup for Shipping & Receiving Clerk


What you bring to the job?

  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High school degree or equivalent; plus, a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook/Exchange
  • Ability to learn and promote the development of the company’s ERP system 
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply technical data, drawings, and reports to the manufacture of Change Parts as would be expected within the packaging and operations profession
  • Ability to apply common mathematical concepts required, including concepts such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical operational situations. 
  • Ability to define problems, collect appropriate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to regularly sit, talk, walk, hear, see, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to stand and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to adjust focus and use close vision
  • Ability to observe all applicable safety procedures deemed appropriate by the company.
