Provide service and support to branches and departments by creating documents for commercial loans. Evaluate branch-created requests for loans to determine documents required, create documents using in-house document application, or work with outside counsel to order required documents. Communicate and coordinate with lenders and branch supervisors to resolve document-related issues. Ensure that closed documents meet all regulatory and company policies.
*Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required to assimilate and understand information
*Minimum 1 year of commercial and consumer documentation and/or banking experience preferred
*Ability to adapt to new and/or revised changes in policies, procedures, and governmental laws and regulations
*Knowledge in use of the Bank's loan software program (LaserPro), a plus
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet strict deadlines daily
*10-key by touch preferred
*Proficiency in Word and Excel highly desirable
