Boulder based company is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity which may become a temp-to-hire position.
Maintain communications with personnel, distributors and customers to clarify and acknowledge orders, ensure complete configurations/part numbers, price, payment terms, shipping instructions, and on time delivery. Process invoicing to customers.
Process orders received via telephone, email, and fax. Includes data entry to create demand, relieve inventory and produce invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
Monitor current orders and communicate with customers of changes to the orders.
Complete Export Screening checklist and comply with all export regulations.
Dispatch order cases to other members of the Customer Service Team
Work with Accounting dept. to facilitate payment terms and collection issues.
Create and maintain department metric reports.
Strong communication, relationship building skills both in person and via electronic tools.
Organized, self-motivated, with a desire to work at fast pace with a sense of urgency, accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Strong personal computing skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
